Shake it and stir it... at Mimosa Bar & Restaurant

Whether you want to impress at a drinks party or simply have a bit of fun with friends, you can now shake up your cocktail mixing skills at the vibrant Mimosa Bar & Restaurant.

Learn cocktail recipes, bartender secrets and tricks of the trade at the brand new cocktail master class that takes place on the first Saturday of each month.

Mimosa Bar & Restaurant's cocktail master classes cost £75.00 per person, and include the following:
• an informative introduction to cocktails and the techniques of mixology
• a demonstration of four of the most popular concoctions - a tantalising tall (Long Island Ice Tea), a short special (Mojito), a champagne delight (Bellini), and a martini classic (Cosmopolitan)
• an interactive session where students can put their new skills to the test
• a cocktail tasting - accompanied by mouth-watering Mimosa canapés.

All participants will be given a cocktail recipe book.

The masterclass runs on the first Saturday of the month from 2.00pm until 5.00pm and costs £75.00 per person, including VAT.

There is a maximum of 8 guests allowed per class so book now to avoid disappointment.
